4 chicken breasts.
1/2 cups chimmi churri sauce
1 cup cilantro
2 cloves garlic
1/3 cups lemon juice
1/2 cups good olive oil
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree.
Grill chicken to 165 degrees, remove and let rest 3 minutes.
Top each breast with a tablespoon of sauce. Serve with your favorite sides.
