Wild rice and duck salad


1 cup wild rice blend (cooked)
1 duck breast (cooked)
1/2 cups craisins
1/4 cups walnuts
1/2 cups fresh blackberries
1/4 cups fresh raspberries
1/3 cups orange honey dressing
1 cup canola oil
1/4 cups orange juice
1/4 cups lemon juice
1/4 cups honey


Combine dressing ingredients.
Cook duck to desired temperature, cool. In a bowl combine all other ingredients and toss.
Slice duck breast thinly and place on top of salad
