4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into chunky fries
1 teaspoon cumin, ground
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
5 cups water
Heat water in a saucepan and add fries. Cook fries until slightly tender and drain. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Spread fries on a baking sheet oil in a pan, sprinkle fries with olive oil, ground cumin, ground black pepper and salt. Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until fries are crisp and golden brown. Serve with hamburgers or grilled chicken.
