Thai Beef Salad


1 lb flank steak
1 cup dark soy
¼ cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
6 oz spring mix
4 oz bean sprouts
4 oz baby corn.


Combine first 6 ingredients, marinate for min 2 hours. Remove meat and cook to desired temp remove and cool. Place marinade in a sauce pan and bring to a boil, cook for 1 minute, remove from heat and cool. In a large bowl combine spring mix, bean sprouts and baby corn. Toss with 3 tablespoons cooled marinade, slice meat thinly and place on top.
