Gluten-Free Brownies

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 C sugar

  • 1/2 C oil

  • 2 T unsweetened cocoa

  • 1/2 C potato starch

  • 1 C nuts, chopped

Directions

Beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually add the oil, then the cocoa and potato starch. Blend together. Stir in the chopped nuts. Pour into a lightly greased 9-inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut into squares and serve.
