Tricolor Pepper Steak


1 1/4 lb thinly sliced steak
1 large sliced onion
5 sliced peppers
4 sliced cloves of garlic
1 1/2 cups beef broth
Red wine
Soy sauce
Brown rice


Cook steak until browned. Remove the meat and add sliced peppers, onion and garlic. Cook until the onion is soft, then add beef broth, a splash of red wine and soy sauce, and black pepper. Simmer until the liquid reduces; serve with brown rice.
