Greek-Salad Pita Pockets


3/4 cup feta cheese
3 tbsp plain yogurt
1/2 juice of lemon
1 tsp dried oregano
Sliced turkey breast
Romaine lettuce
Slice cucumbers


Combine feta cheese and plain yogurt in a medium bowl by mashing with a fork. Add the juice of half a lemon, dried oregano and a pinch of ground pepper. Spread the mixture into pitas, then stuff with sliced roasted turkey breast; add romaine lettuce, sliced cucumbers, or mint leaves.
