Pork Roast

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Montreal steak seasoning
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 cups baby carrots
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 cup onion (red or yellow)
  • 4 red skin potatoes
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 cups water
  • 3-4 pound pork roast

    Directions

    1. Rub olive oil, Montreal seasoning, salt and pepper over roast. Marinate for 24 hours.



    2. Sear roast in cast iron skillet and place into crock-pot. Add remainder of ingredients.



    3. Turn crock-pot on medium heat and let cook for 8-12 hours.

    Add rice or vegetables to make a one-pot meal.
