Tangine-style lamb chops


6 lamb chops
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp cayenne
½ tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp black pepper
Pinch of salt
½ tsp ginger
Pinch of saffron


Combine spices; rub lamb chops with olive oil. Coat lamb chops with spices and let marinade for 2 hrs. Broil lamb chops to desired temperature. Serve with sweet potato goat cheese salad.
