Herb crusted bone- in prime rib

Ingredients

1 bone- in prime rib
¼ cup salt
2 tablespoons black pepper
2 teaspoons sugar
¼ cup dried dill
¼ cup thyme leaves
¼ cup oregano leaves
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

Combine all seasoning and rub into prime rib. Lat stand for 1 hour. Place in a 325 degree oven until internal temp reaches 135 degrees. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes then carve.
