Chocolate dipped strawberries

Ingredients

12 long stem strawberries
1 lb dipping chocolate

Directions

Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Wash and dry strawberries. Hold berry by the stem and dip 2/3. Remove to parchment paper and let air dry. Do not refrigerate.
