Roasted Fingerling Potatoes

Ingredients

2lbs clean fingerling potatoes
2 cloves garlic chopped
2 oz olive oil
½ teaspoon dried rosemary
½ teaspoon dried thyme

Directions

Combine all ingredients and bake @ 400 until fork tender.
