Champ Potatoes

Ingredients

1 lb. peeled russet potatoes
¼ lb. butter
1 cup milk
5 green onions sliced
Salt and pepper

Directions

Boil potatoes until fork tender. Mash potatoes together with butter. Add green onions and serve.
