Guinness Braised Beef Brisket
Ingredients
5 lbs. fresh beef brisket4 bottles of Guinness beer
2 onions sliced
Salt and pepper
Directions
Place all ingredients in a roasting pan. Cover. Cook at 300 degrees for 4 hours, or until beef is tender. Cut across the grain when serving.
