Ingredients
1 cup Jameson Whiskey
1 lb. lamb meat diced
1 lb. red potatoes cut in half
½ lb. peeled baby carrots
2 onions chopped
2 cups chicken broth
½ tsp thyme
Salt and pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a stew pot. Simmer until lamb is fork tender and potatoes are done.
