Lamb Sandwich with Caper Mayonnaise

Ingredients

1 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoons Capers, rinsed
2 Tablespoons Sautéed Onions
1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
Ciabbata or Foccacia or Hearty Bread
Sliced Roasted Local Leg of Lamb (hot or cold)

Optional:
Roasted Peppers
Chopped Kalamata Olives
Spinach
Watercress
Oil Packed Sundried Tomatoes

Directions

Spread caper mayonnaise on bread add lamb and any desired garnishes.
