Ingredients
1 Italian bread, cut in slices
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups White Jasmine Cumin Cheese, grated
2 large tomatoes, sliced
Directions
Heat the oven to 375 degrees. Line up bread slices on a baking dish. Drizzle olive oil on top. Sprinkle cheese generously on top, add the tomato slices. Place in the oven for about 10-12 minutes until the cheese melts. Serve with pasta or chili.
