Carnitas

Ingredients

6lbs boneless pork butt
3 lbs lard
1 large onion chopped
2 cups milk
S/p to taste

Directions

In a large pot melt lard and bring to a simmer, add pork and onion. Cook for 4 hours. Add milk and cook for 1 more hour. Remove and shred.
