Chicken Verde


20- 4 oz chicken breasts
2 lbs tomatillos
2 Serrano peppers
1 bunch cilantro
½ cup lemon juice


Husk tomatillos and place on a baking sheet, bake at 350 until soft. Remove to food processor, add peppers, cilantro and lemon juice. Process until smooth. Grill chicken breast until internal temp reaches 165. Place chicken in serving dish and cover with Verde sauce.
