Tandoori Hamburgers


2 pounds ground beef (can substitute turkey or ground lamb)
4 teaspoons White Jasmine Tandoori Masala
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
½ teaspoon chopped ginger
2 cups fresh cilantro
1 cup fresh chopped green onions
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
1 teaspoon hot sauce/tabasco
4 slices Cumin Gouda Cheese

8 hamburger buns
1 medium sliced red onion
2 medium sliced tomatoes
Few leaves of iceberg lettuce


Add all ingredients to the ground beef in a big bowl and mix thoroughly. Make eight patties and place on heated grill. When both sides are well done, place sliced cheese on top and let it melt. Serve on hamburger buns with slices of red onions, tomatoes and lettuce with fries or potato salad on the side.
