Pineapple and Black Bean Salsa:

Ingredients

2 cups chopped fresh pineapple
1 medium red pepper, chopped
1 medium red onion
½ can black beans
1 lime
1 cup fresh cilantro
½ teaspoon salt

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and serve with an entrée.
