Does anyone know when Jeopardy! is coming to Houston?

Posted by: susie Location: De Forest on Apr 14, 2008 at 12:51 PM
I was lucky enough to get tickets! Jeopardy is the only "game show" I watch. I invited others but they could not come, so when I was there I gave away 2 to a family from Tomahawk who did not have enough, I cannot believe they drove that far without tickets. Anyway, tho it was a long wait it was a wonderful experience to see how a show is done, Alex is a very funny person. I have wanted to be on the show for 20 years.... Now if the online test questions were a little more like the shows....It was a great time!

Posted by: Mary Location: Madison on Apr 12, 2008 at 09:04 AM
Went last night and would like to take my teenage son today. Alex invited everyone back and said they were sure they could find room. Is that the case and what time is the taping?

Posted by: Anonymous Location: Madison on Apr 12, 2008 at 08:59 AM
I'm looking for tickets for this afternoon. Does anyone know what time the taping is? I too applied and didn't get any.

Posted by: Bob Location: Madison on Apr 11, 2008 at 11:21 PM
Hope everyone enjoyed the tapings on Friday. If you're going on Sat--get ready to wait, wait and wait some more--then sit cramped next to one another for 3hrs--it was cool but ain't going back tomorrow--anyone need tixs?! Arrived at 5 and got in line, but didn't get great seats--the main floor--front area is saved for VIP's?! People that arrived later got much better seats. Alex is very personable and funny--he comes out and answers questions from the audience. Go SUCHITA!!

Posted by: Tammy Location: Madison on Apr 5, 2008 at 08:37 AM
I received my tickets last week. I have Friday the 11th at 2:45 taping time and doors open at 2:00.

Posted by: Bonnie Location: Madison on Apr 2, 2008 at 05:01 PM
Re: Jamie's comments of April 1 -- I got the same letter. I, too, sent in my application immediately and had no doubt I would get tickets. Two hours after I opened my letter from Los Angeles, the Channel 15 5:00 news program gave away 5 tickets! I'm not happy!!

Posted by: Jamie on Apr 1, 2008 at 07:42 PM
I got a letter today saying that 'they are sorry but my ticket request can't be filled. there was a huge request for tickets....etc" i sent in my app. right away. that sucks i was really looking forward to going. good luck to everyone who sent in a app.

I too sent in my application for tickets the day they were available and haven't received them yet either. I put no preference and would like to know what day my tickets are for! Does anyone know when they will be mailed?

I sent in for the tickets the day they came out and have no received them yet. Has anyone gotten their tickets yet?

Posted by: Lois Butler Location: Adams,WI on Mar 17, 2008 at 09:25 PM
I would like to know the times of the showson April 11 & 12.

Posted by: Rock Location: Madison on Mar 1, 2008 at 11:17 PM
To Katelin: You can also download the Jeopardy ticket application, complete it, then send it to the address listed on the application.

Posted by: Rock Location: Madison on Mar 1, 2008 at 11:11 PM
To Jeopardy Ticket Applicants: Please mail the Jeopardy ticket application to the address listed on the application. Mail the completed application with a self-addressed, stamped business size envelope (number 10). Tickets are free. I picked up my application at the Subway on State Street in Madison. To Katelin at UW-LAX: If you would like, I can pick up an application for you and send it to your address in La Crosse. But all applications must be postmarked by March 10. I graduated from UW-LAX years ago.

Posted by: Helen Location: Fitchburg on Feb 27, 2008 at 07:47 PM
I tried to download Jeopardy ticket application without success. Last week, after the initial announcement of availability at Subway, I called two Subways in our area and one didn't answer the phone and the other didn't know anything about tickets until another woman called earlier in the day. What gives?

Posted by: Peter Location: Montello on Feb 27, 2008 at 02:42 PM
Would like to thank the person who sent me the ticket applacations.

Posted by: Paul Location: Madison on Feb 26, 2008 at 07:08 AM
Need clarification. Besides the application, do I need to also include a self-addressed return envelope? Went to Subway on PD in Fitchburg and they had plenty of applications.

Posted by: nicole Location: Madison on Feb 22, 2008 at 08:13 AM
The only cost of tickets is an self addressed stamped envelope. And the stamp and envelope to mail it to california.

Posted by: Brad Location: La Crosse on Jan 28, 2008 at 12:45 PM
I was on Jeopardy in the early 90's. Maybe a gathering of past Jeopardy players from Wisconsin can be arranged in Madison that weekend. The Badger State actually had a T of C champion recently in Michael Falk.

Ditto to the previous question by Baraboo - - when will we receive more info on how ot order tickets for this taping?

We watch Jeopardy everyday. It is exiting to hear that the Show is finally comming to Madison. But i always thought that it is free for anyone wishing to be in the Audience. Why pay for it. There are a lot of People here in Madison like myself who would love to try out for being on the Show. No, i am not in College, but still.
