The 3rd person wanted in connection with an underage drinking party has been arrested.

23-year old Nicole Smith will likely be charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police say Smith, along with 21-year old Jacob Smith and 20-year old Jesse Olson hosted an underage alcohol party that was attended by Sierra Bongiovani and Michele Koster.

The two Waunakee girls were killed in an early morning crash on November 10th.

The three arrested in connection with the deaths are being held in the Columbia County Jail until charges are filed.

They face felony charges if police find that they contributed to the two girls' deaths.

The Columbia County sheriff's department says they've arrested two men they think may have served alcohol to two teens who were killed in a car crash this weekend.

Two men, 21 year old Jacob Smith and 20 year old Jesse Olson were arrested on Lake Point Drive in Harmony Grove Wednesday afternoon.

They're being held right now on drug related charges.

Investigators are trying to obtain a search warrant for the house.

The sheriff's department thinks the two men may have served alcohol to 17-year-old Sierra Bongiovani and her passenger Michelle Koster, who were killed Saturday.

Their car was found in a grove of trees.

They were both students at Waunakee High School.

If found responsible, the two men face charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

That is a felony because it resulted in the two girls deaths.

2 victims of single-car crash identified as Waunakee students

LODI, Wis. (AP) -- The teenagers killed in a single-car crash over the weekend have been identified as students at Waunakee High School.

Killed were driver Sierra Bongiovani and passenger Michelle Koster. Both were 17 and from Waunakee.

The Columbia County medical examiner says each suffered multiple injuries in the crash Saturday morning and were pronounced dead at the scene. Neither was wearing a seat belt.

The car was found in a small grove of trees. Deputies say alcohol and speed appeared to be factors in the crash, which occurred about 1 a.m.

Sierra's mom just came to our school to talk about this tradgety. I don't know what happend before the party, but after hearing her story, it brought tears. I could never imagine my parents going through a tradgety of loosing me to an accident. Sierra's mom is very strong. My prayers and thoughts will always be with both families. As i think about starting to drive soon, I will always think back and remember this story before getting into a car to drive. Sierra's mom within the thirty minutes she spoke, really made an impact on my life. I will always remember this tradgic event. To all those trash talking either families, I pray that this won't happen to you and won't have to feel that pain ever. I don't think people understand until it happens to them.

Kim, obviously you didn't know them because you couldn't even spell Michele's name right. Before you go saying stupid things, think of the people who knew and loved them. Put yourself in their position, before calling them idiots.

It was those girls' choice to get drunk and get in a car. I hope the people who threw the party won't have their lives ruined because of those two idiots. There is no one to blame but Sierra and Michelle.
