Holiday Trolley
There's a new way to get around downtown for the holidays.

For a little while on Saturday afternoons downtown Madison will look a little like San Francisco.
A trolley is now available to help holiday shoppers get around downtown. Riders get a gift bag, and for the kids, candy. It's an effort to make holiday shopping downtown fun for families.
"This is an opportunity to bring family down to the downtown and see all the businesses and see what's going on," said Jean Stover a downtown ambassador. " We have so many great stores and wonderful museums and a beautiful tree in the capitol."
Said Bob Paske who brought his family downtown, "we've been walking around all day. So yeah, the feet were a little tired, it was kind of nice to ride the trolley."
The holiday trolley is free and runs every weekend from noon until four o'clock.
