Charges are filed in a Grant County buggy accident that left two people dead.
Mary Stotzfus, 36, and her 12 year old son, Ben, were killed when their horse drawn buggy was hit by a pick–up truck north of Fennimore on October 31st.
The driver of the pick–up, Donald Comstock, 78, has been charged with two counts of homicide by negligent operation of a vehicle in that accident.
Authorities say all nine members of the Stoltzfus family were thrown from the buggy when it was hit.
Comstock will make his initial court appearance on February 21st.
