A man is arrested for urinating on some bras and panties at a Madison Shopko.

Madison Police say the incident happened Saturday afternoon at the Shopko on Mineral Point Road.

25 year-old Jeremy Scott Pope of Arena was detained by store security staff.

A loss prevention officer was monitoring video surveillance equipment when he spotted Pope urinating on some bras and panties that were hanging on a rack in the store

Pope was arrested for Lewd and Lascivious behavior and Criminal Damage to Property.

Property damage was estimated at $300.

Nicole... how do you know what men will do for some bra and panty action? Where did you get your degree in psychology, and is "Nuts" a new clinical term? What do you do for a living Nicole? I just want to make sure I don't buy my wife or daughter any bras or panties from your cash register so I don't get accused of wanting "some action"!

Hey Nicole..I live in Arena. I am not "crazy" or "nuts". I am well read and educated, go figure. The people that live in Arena are Doctors, Nurses, Teachers, lawyers, Scientists, Sales Clerks, Factory workers, Daycare providers, Bus drivers, Students, Etc.... I am sure you have the same sort of people in your community. Including the "crazy" and "Nuts". I am guessing you are either young, or not very well read or educated.

Does anyone know if alcohol was a factor? Maybe he was triple dog dared to do it? I wonder if he will wind up in national news stories. I just keep reading odd news stories from Wisconsin, and none of them are flattering. Way to set the bar for the rest of us buddy!!!

I happen to know this man personaly and have not had contact with him in several years. I dont know what happend to him. He was never like this when I knew him. I went to high school with him and I must say I never thought he would do something this disgusting. Sounds like he needs some mental help! This is so distgusting!!!
