Three teenagers have been arrested after leading police on a high speed chase.
Around 1p.m. Saturday, police tried to stop a stolen Chevy Cavalier on Highway M near the town of Westport.
The driver failed to stop and the pursuit began. Police chased the car for about three and a half miles at speeds sometimes close to 90 miles an hour.
It ended when the driver of the Cavalier crossed the center line and collided with another car. The driver and passenger of that car suffered only minor injuries.
The three suspects then fled on foot into the woods and were caught a short time later.
They have been identified as 17-year old Prenton C. Dixon, 18-year-old Ladarryl C. House, and Tremane D. Taylor,17.
