Charges have been filed in a traffic accident that killed a jogger last summer.
Nathaniel Stanek, 30, of Oregon, was charged in Dane County Monday with homicide by the negligent use of an automobile.
According to a criminal complaint, Stanek told police he forgot about seeing 31 year old Amy Ward just moments before his pickup truck hit her.
He was released on a signature bond and ordered not to drive while the case is pending.
