Three Milwaukee police officers are charged in the severe beating of a man on the city's south side.
All three officers face charges of substantial battery and two officers are also charged with recklessly endangering safety.
They are accused of beating Frank Jude outside a house party last fall while off duty.
A total of four officers have been suspended from the force after the incident.
