Bond is set for the man accused of killing two in a horse drawn buggy crash.
78–year old Donald Comstock had his initial appearance in Grant County Court today. His bond has been set at $10,000.
Comstock is facing two counts of homicide by negligent use of a vehicle after the pick–up truck he was driving hit a horse drawn carriage last October north of Fennimore.
His preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 10.
