Deerfield fire officials tell NBC15 they are investigating what caused an explosion in the shed, causing a fire. That fire has been extinguished and no one was injured.

Firefighters responded around 5 a.m. to a residence at 16 North St. in Deerfield. Dane County authorities say the flames were being contained to a shed near a house, and they were spraying nearby homes to keep the flames from spreading.
