Ridgewood Gets New Management
There's reportedly a change in management at the embattled Ridgewood Apartment complex in Fitchburg.
City officials say Alliance Residential Management is now in charge of managing Ridgewood.
The Texas based company is one of the largest operators of multi–family communities in the U.S.
The Ridgewood complex has been plagued with a number of fires and tenant complaints over the past year.
The city of Fitchburg says regardless of who manages the apartments, its code enforcement efforts will remain diligent.
