You may not be able to root on the green and gold at this year's big game. But you'll still be able to cheer for a Wisconsin native.
Barbara Watts home is full of Hollywood memorabilia. She is a super fan. But her favorite celeb is her son, Jamie king.
Jamie went to school in Verona. Immediately after graduation he left home to pursue a career in dance. Over the past two decades he's worked with some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry including Prince, Michael Jackson and Diana Ross.
Sunday he'll leave his finger print on this year's Super Bowl. King will direct Madonna's halftime show.
" Well I am extremely proud of him. Sometimes I can't believe it's my kid that's worked with all these people. "
Watts says his work really started in middle school. King would record music videos he saw on MTV and then practice the moves until he perfected them.
On occasion Watts would catch her son while he was rehearsing. She thought he was good but never knew how good.
" There wasn't any ah ha moment or anything like oh my God this kid's going to make it big or something like that. It just never happened until after he went to school out there and perfected his craft a little bit, " says Watts.
Despite his busy schedule Watts says her son always finds time to call home and on the few occasions he gets some time off he makes sure to swing by for a visit.
