A competency hearing was held for the man accused of starting the fire that destroyed St. Raphael's Cathedral.
William Connell, 41, was found competent in Dane County Court Thursday. He faces charges of burglary, arson and bail jumping.
Connell is accused of starting the fire March 14 that destroyed Madison's oldest church.
His preliminary hearing has been set for April 15.
