This morning, just a block away from the mifflin street block party, crowds were joined by the ordinary customers that pack the sidewalks around the capitol square. Plus, a few thousand crazy runners and walkers.
Saturday was the second crazy legs run since the death of its namesake, Elroy "Crazylegs" Hirsch.
Hirsch died in January of 2004.
