Man Falls Off Balcony on Mifflin Street
Madison Police say an 18-year-old man is recovering after falling off a balcony on Mifflin Street Saturday night.
It happened just before midnight, as the Mifflin Street Block Party was wrapping up.
Authorities say the man was taken to a local hospital, his condition is not known.
Police say alcohol appears to be a factor in the fall.
