Jury Finds Ted Oswald Sane
A Waukesha County jury has decided Ted Oswald was sane when he and his father went on a deadly crime spree 11 years ago.
Prosecutors retried Oswald after his conviction was overturned in federal court two years ago.
Oswald pleaded no contest to all 17 charges against him, but said he was not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect. He will now face a sentencing hearing.
