Things appear to have returned to normal at the Dane County Jail after several inmates were involved in disturbances over the weekend.
According to reports, one inmate was being removed from a housing unit Saturday night for unruly behavior, when authorities say a deputy involved with the effort was injured after he was rushed by several inmates.
Three other inmates were later removed from the unit.
This Sunday, jail officials report a similar disturbance involving two more inmates.
The incidents remain under investigation. Criminal charges are possible.
