The man believed to have inadvertently started Wisconsin's worst wildfire in 25 years will be charged.
The May 5 fire burned nearly 3,900 acres and destroyed 30 homes.
The Adams County district attorney anticipates charges of setting a fire and allowing it to escape.
The name of the 54–year–old man has not been released, but it is known that the man is from southeastern Wisconsin and had just bought a vacation property in the Big Flats area.
The district attorney says charges will likely be filed by early next week.
