About 115 soldiers of the 32nd Engineer Company are getting ready to support Operation Iraqi Freedom.

The company – which is based in Onalaska – is expected to spend more than a year overseas after training at Camp Shelby, Mississippi. They were ordered to active duty Friday.

Meanwhile, soldiers from Madison, Fort Atkinson, Baraboo, Reedsburg, and Watertown have begun preparing for a possible order to active duty.

The Wisconsin Army National Guard's 1st Battalion 120th Field Artillery and 2nd Battalion 128th Infantry both received notices Friday.
