Jury selections for an Iowa County man accused of a deadly beating in April of 2004 are scheduled to begin Friday.
Thirty-four-year-old Gregory Tallard pleaded no contest to first-degree intentional homicide charges in the death of Robert Delehanty earlier this month.
Delehanty was found beaten to death inside his Town of Mifflin home.
This is the insanity phase of Tallard's trial. Opening statements are expected to begin on Monday, June 6.
