Another report of a sexual assault in downtown Madison, this is the second reported assault in two and a half weeks.
On Monday night a 21–year-old woman was reportedly approached on the ten block of North Bassett Street.
She says a stranger grabbed her, sexually assaulted her, and then ran away.
Her attacker is described as a black male, in his 20's, about 5 foot 8 inches to five foot ten inches, with a bald or shaved head.
His name may be Kevin or Calvin and could be nicknamed "Smooth."
Police are also still looking for a man wanted for a May 14 sexual assault on the 1000 block of Observatory Drive.
