No Supreme Court in Burke Case

By: NBC 15

The state Supreme Court says no thanks to former state senator Brian Burke.

Burke is charged with 13 felonies in connection with the caucus scandal investigation. Prosecutors say Burke used state workers to run 2002 campaign for attorney general.

Burkes attorneys say the law he's being charged under is too vague.

The Supreme Court says it won't hear that challenge; the court didn't offer a reason why.
