The Lands' End contact center in Cross Plains closed its doors for good Sunday.
In February, the company announced the closing as part a restructuring strategy designed to improve efficiency in response to changing consumer behavior.
Employees affected by the closing will receive a severance package from the company, outplacement and educational assistance, and will still be eligible for health care coverage for another 18 months.
The Cross Plains contact center was one of four in the state. The others are in Reedsburg, Dodgeville, and Stevens Point.
