Walworth County Fatal Crash
Authorities in Walworth County are narrowing down the cause of a car crash that killed two Wisconsin men.
According to the sheriff's office, a 2001 Chevy Metro failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of Territorial Road and Highway 12 early Sunday morning. The driver then lost control of the vehicle and crashed into two large trees.
Authorities say the 34-year-old driver, Scott Evans of Elkhorn and 19-year-old Jordan Palmer of Whitewater died instantly.
Speed is also believed to be a factor in the crash.
