A top administrator at U.W. returns to work with a pay cut after taking a seven-month paid personal leave.
Paul Barrows began his leave last November after a reported failed relationship with a grad student. While away, he continued to receive his salary while he used sick leave and vacation to cover the absence. Barrows was a vice chancellor for student affairs.
Now he is a special assistant to the chancellor with a $150,000 salary. He returned to work Monday.
