Former Boxing Champ Makes Plea
Former World flyweight boxing champion Eric Morel pleads no contest to the sexual assault of a minor.
Morel, 29, was charged with second degree sexual assault of a child stemming from an incident in December of 2002. The victim was 15 years old at the time.
Morel's brother Samuel Morel, and half–brother, Frederick Perez–Santos face a similar charge.
No sentencing date has been set for Eric Morel.
