A registered sex offender in Columbia County is bound over for trial on new sexual assault charges.
49-year-old Kevin Kern of Wisconsin Dells faces changes after a 55-year-old woman reported she escaped from Kern after he held her at knife point and assaulted her.
He is set to be arraigned next Thursday.
