Election Fraud in Milwaukee
Milwaukee police accuse three people of election fraud in the 2004 presidential election.
Officials say two felons cast ballots and under state law felons are not allowed to vote. One of the two felons worked as an election inspector.
A third person cast two ballots, once using his driver's license and again using his Social Security card as I.D.
Charges were filed in federal court Wednesday
