Crash Victim Identified
The driver in yesterday's fatal motorcycle crash in the town of Windsor has been identified.
David Rodgers, 32, of Marshall was negotiating a curve on County Highway C when he lost control and went off the road.
He was not wearing a helmet and suffered massive head injuries.
Another motorcyclist, who witnessed the crash and called the Sheriff's Department, has been identified as 30 year old Phillip Womack of Marshall.
He was arrested for his second OWI offense.
